The stuff were very friendly and helpful especially the reception staff Her name was Verna she was very kind decent and very helpful

The WiFi network was very weak

Reception staff was very helpful, specially Virna was so helpful. Aqua park is very good and the pool also, the whole Resort was amazing. The staff at restaurant were very heplful specially wassefy. The animation show is perfect we had a lot of fun. We enjoyed our stay and sure this will not be our last visit..

There are a lot of variety in the main restaurant jack and rose but the taste needs improvement specially the sea food. Rather than that all was perfect.

Приезжаем в этот отель уже третий раз. Стоит отметить, что моря в этом отеле фактически нет (на карте оно есть, но глубина в зоне купания не больше 30см). Есть вход с пирса, но там не намного лучше. Но именно по этой причине мы и ездим туда отдыхать с детьми, потому что в таком море с ними точно ничего не случится, абсолютно безопасный вариант. Отсутствие моря лично меня не беспокоит, т.к. живу в непосредственной близости от моря. При этом на территории отеля столько бассейнов, что не найти место для купания просто невозможно. И вполне хороший аквапарк для отеля, есть горки для всех возрастов и вкусов. В общем, для отдыха с детьми, как по мне - замечательный вариант!

Охрана на КПП в этот раз оказалась весьма не дружелюбной. Одного из наших гостей заставили идти с чемоданом через улицу в по сути тот же отель Titanic Palace, а не через ресепшн, что гораздо ближе и комфортнее. Оставило крайне негативный осадок. При этом персонал самого отеля, начиная от ресепшн, заканчивая клининговым сервисом, был приветливым, отзывчивым, профессиональным и ненавязчивым, в моем понимании полностью соответствовал уровню пятизвёздочного отеля.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thank you to Maria at the reception. She was exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Her kindness, attention to detail, and excellent customer service truly made a difference and helped make my stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for a great experience!
