Titanic Beach - Families and Couples only

The staff, Mostafa was very kind and resolutive, he helped us to book the restaurants. Excellent location with prívate beach where we could see sea stars, sea stingrays and flying fishes. Its very close to the AirPort (25 min). There is a water park and loads of fun for the kids.

Le buffet est bon, mais cela varie peu. La salle est très bruyante. La nourriture est de bonne qualité et il y a des soirées à themes tout au long de la semaine. Possibilité de réserver des restaurant (italien à fuir, pas bon). Le personnel est agréable et aidant. La piscine chauffée hors saison (attention, juste la piscine principale) est un plus. Il y a quelques activités au sein de l’hôtel mais c’est assez basique. Finalement nous avons trouvé le buffet de l’hôtel d’à côté (même chaîne et avec le tout inclus cel permet d’y aller également). Le tout inclus est un plus car à côté il n’y a pas grand chose à part d’autres hôtels.

L’insonorisation… comme dans beaucoup d’hôtel c’est assez bruyant. Le personnel de ménage hurlent à travers les étages pour appeler son petit camarade. La propreté des chambres est correcte mais sans plus. Peu mieux faire. La plage… 30cm à 40cm d’eau maximum lorsque la marée est haute. À marée basse il n’y a pas d’eau. Donc nous n’avons pas pu nous baigner. Le parc aquatic avec une partie kayak rafting mais ouvert seulement 2x 20minutes ou 3x… trop peu lorsqu’il y a beaucoup de personnes. En résumé je dirais un bon 4 étoiles mais pas au standing d’un 5 européen.

Sehr guter Aquapark mit warmem Wasser, große Auswahl an Restaurants, viel Platz zum Spazierengehen, sehr viele Pools, ein Spielraum und Bowling. Das Essen und Kaffee an der Seite von Titanic Palace ist viel besser.

Ältere Zimmer, Mücken und alte, defekte Sanitäranlagen. Das unpraktischste Design eines Haartrockners. Das KidsKlub passt für Teenager nicht.

Personeel was super vriendelijk en alles was brandschoon. De VIP-lounge was geweldig!

Temperatuur zwembadwater, dat was veel te koud. Eten bij buffet vaak hetzelfde zonder veel variatie. A la carte restaurants zijn een hit or miss

Everything was fantastic. The crew was professional and hospital especially Mr Kirolos and Ms Maria from the management. The facilities, aqua park , restaurants were super. I totally recommend it

Check in was excellent (great service from Haidy). Facilities exceeded expectations. Food was very good and drinks service also good. We travelled from Cairo and so did not have a package, so it was expensive, but not bad value for money. Wi fi also better than most all inclusive hotels. Well done!

Extra charges for video games and some snacks, but probably meant they weren't overcrowded.
