I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional accommodation provided during my recent stay. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, making my stay truly enjoyable. Special mention to Maria at the reception, whose warm and welcoming attitude made us feel right at home. Her professionalism and kindness were truly impressive. One of the animation team that was responsible for the kids club was just caring for the foreigners kids while she mis treat Egyptians kids and my daughter was very sad because of her attitude with her.
