Personal touches like Hot Tub lit, water bottle, wood for fire and a balloon for my birthday! Spacious and comfy bed. Hot tub amazing.

"Cosy, relaxing and perfect!"

Absolutely perfect. So clean and tidy. It had everything we needed and there was so much outdoor space for the dogs (that was fenced off). The host was so kind and kept us updated. Could not fault a thing. 100% coming back.

Nothing! The shower wasn’t working as it was below 0 but there were still showers we could use so wasn’t an issue.

"Cosy little get away, ideal for pitstop in York"

It was lovely, so cosy and 10 minutes from York. The staff were brilliant and warmed our hot tub for us after a long day out in York so it was ready when we got back. Everything was clean and there were helpful leaflet about the surrounding areas.

A little complicated to find with it being a wedding venue also, once you know then it’s easy. Showers were on the other side of the setting. We don’t feel all too comfortable walking through
