10 berth caravan on marine park in Rhyl

It was ideal that there were 4 bedrooms so no need to make up a camp bed. Very spacious, comfortable accommodation.

Most places have wifi now. This property would be much improved if it was available in the caravan. Very clean other than a baby wipe being found under one bed. The main bathroom door needs serious attention as you need to really pull on the door to get it open. You also need to use quite a lot of force to get back out.

The size of the caravan was perfect. Plenty of space and very clean. The owner was very efficient and quick to reply to any queries. Keys where easy to find.

The bed in the living room was broken and unusable. All the mattresses had springs coming through them. The beds weren't made when we got there, we had to make them ourselves. The main bathroom door kept sticking. The wood under one of the seats is broken, so the seat dips and is very low down. Passes and ANPR passes are very expensive

Food was really basic

Lovely clean caravan, beautiful location with fantastic amenities on site.

Loved the location, lots to do locally and a lovely little site. Warm swimming pool and beautiful food. Caravan was very spacious considering we had 6 kids in there, lovely big living room with plenty of seating. Beds are standard caravan beds but sufficient for stays. Great having 2 bathrooms. Very enjoyable and pleasant stay.

The booking system for swimming was slightly confusing to start with but easier as the week went on.

Don't recommend buying the complex passes unless you definitely plan on swimming, we were only asked to show passes on the last nite when we visited the kids' disco.

Host Amanda really nice and very approachable she understands her clients need had a great time.
