Great property had everything we needed

It was the perfect location and easy to get to the local facilities ie supermarket, town, nature walks, and the beach. And to my brothers house!

At first glance the caravan looked spotless but it wasn't! When making the bed in the double room a dirty empty cup was under the bed, the other bedrooms also had rubbish under the beds. The mirrors were wiped with a dirty cloth and the shower had muddy footprints in the tray. Staying with the shower once I cleaned it and took a shower the water was so hot it actually burnt me, there was not signs anywhere warning that the water gets hot, and when I finely wrestled with the temperature my feet were in a good inch of water as it didn't drain very well. Staying on the plumbing one of the two toilets was continuously blocked so it was unusable, this was reported to reception but they were not able to do anything as it was a not one of their van's it was a private hire! As we were only staying 2 nights it wasn't much of an issue as we were out most of the time. I also found the smoke alarm on top of a cupboard with no batteries in it, so there was not working smoke alarm! It may all sound trivial but I was visiting Rhyl ( I'm originally from there and my family still live there) to bury my sister in law who died a few weeks before very unexpectedly so it was a hassle I could of done without!

Campsite small and nice park for children.

Cooker doesn't work properly, front 2 hobs do no dont work. The extra charges for cars and leisure passes.

The park and the staff were great

The static we rented was dirty it had not been cleaned before we went. Mold in the shower. Used tampons left in the toilet bin. The bed linen (pillowcase had mold spots on them ) the cooker was really greasey There was stale sugar in canister

Excellent location. The site has a decent sized pool and a cafe serving good food. Entertainment in the evening but we didn’t go to any shows so can’t comment. There are two children’s play parks, one of which great for smaller children. Close to the town center and plenty of supermarkets nearby.

Plenty of room for the 6 of us (2 adults, 4 children). We personally felt there could have been some small extras that would have made the stay more comfortable: - some toilet roll, even a small amount, for your first arrival and before you can get to a supermarket - a clothes maiden/drying rack for wet towels, swimming stuff etc - some tea towels overall the property was fab
