Luxury Shepherds Hut - The Sweet Pea by the lake

Quiet peaceful scenic

The location was easy to reach ,perfect setting by the lake and not faraway from the centre . We stayed in the sweatpea hut and I think it could not have been anymore perfect for us .

The location was fabulous, out the way to be very peaceful with a quick 5 minute walk to the bus stop to go in York

Everything was great

Absolutely stunning so peaceful.The owners were so friendly the hut was just lovely.I didn't want to go home.It was our anniversary and my husband bought me some flowers from Caroline who grows here own flowers on the farm so beautiful.

The location was beautiful, very scenic

The bed provided was a bit uncomfortable.

We loved this stay! The Shepherd's hut was beautiful and in the prettiest location. Everything had been thought of and was contained in this lovely little hut. We drove the 7 or so miles to York but there is a bus stop just up the road. Sam and his family couldn't have made us more welcome and buying flowers from the gorgeous cutting garden was the icing on the cake. Highly recommend.

I loved our two night stay at the hut, beautiful location and a beautiful hut!

There wasn't anything we didn't like.

Caroline was lovely and gave us a great greeting. The hut was excellent and great location not far from York at all. We had a great weekend and the handpicked flowers hut was lovely on our way out, my partner treated me to some! :)
