Everything was perfect! A nice, quiet and cozy cottage located in a reindeer family farm about an hour away from Rovaniemi. The property owners were super kind, responsive and kind. The location is perfect in every way, if you are seeking to see the northern lights, visit a family owned reindeer farm or do a husky safari just down the road at Pinewood Huskies.

Cleanliness

Cramped. Beds were upstairs and cramped. Very steep stairs. Toilet was outside and not convenient in such cold weather

We was really Happy, beautiful place nice view good little cottage very warm whole cottage was heated even the floor , plus bonus little fire place make completely this place fantastic, besides the cottage also tiny cottage with fire place awesome place for bbq , good spot for fishing and also reindeer farm there 😊😊very happy Honza and Terka 😊

Peacefull location

Incredible accommodation in a Reindeer Farm. We loved the cottage and remoteness. Great views of the lake and the aurora at night if you're lucky like us. The highlight was definitely the visit to the reindeers

We went over Christmas and the roads were a little icy into the property. On our first drive in, we ended up sliding out of the road and couldn't get our car out of the snowbanks. However, a quick call to Bertie and he was there in five minutes to tow us out without any trouble (and without a scratch). We didn't have any problems after that, but just make sure you take it slow after turning off the main highway.

everthing was perfekt, the cottage is super cozy and so beautiful. it looks like a fairytale in Snow, perfekt spot for Aurora! the owner is super nice and showed us the reindeer Farm. it was an amazing experience and Holiday! we want to Come back! :)

Our car slid and stuck in the snow (4kms away from our cottage). We asked for the help from one of the local passer-by who happened to be owners brother. In almost no time, the owner Jussi came with this big vehicle and pulled out our vehicle and saved us. It was such a kind and beautiful gesture. We felt that even though we are in foreign land but the humanity is intact. He came along with few people as well. A very big thanks to Jussi for taking care of us. We just loved our stay and saw aurora as well during our stay. I would recommend everyone to experience this place and stay in one of these cottages.
