Location

The facility could use a bit of sprucing up, as it's not the cleanest or freshest-smelling place around. Some updates and a few more equipment would really make a difference.

We like everything

The caravan itself is nice if it was taken care of, however the biggest problem is it is not clean AT ALL !! Dirty blue bed sheets with white stains all over it - dont need to be a scientist to work out what that is !!! Really disgusting, rusty radiator, hair all around the sink and dust and dirt everywhere. Rug wasnt even hovered as bits of food and other stuff stuck in the furry rug. Dishes not been washed. No instructions in caravan on how to out on hot water or anything, i have pictures as proof and many mesaages between ne and owner and proof of call log in how much time wasted on arrival on how to get boiler to work, how to get heating in the caravan and hot water, in which gas bottle was empty. Had to wait until someone brought a new gas bottle to the caravan. No wifi at all. There is a wifi box but the network doesnt show on wifi searches and a plastic cover encases the wifi box so you cant reset the box. Its all been secured with cover and screwed in, probably so no one steals it, but totally useless if you need wifi as you wont get any !!!! So many problems and owner just says he will investiagte with cleaner, absolutely nothing back, no refund no gesture of goodwill no nothing. And this trip was a birthday suprise for me and a marriage proposal weekend, and owner altho friendly on phone has done nothing to help. We accidently left ine of ny biethday gifts at the caravan and the owner could of at least had curtosy to send it back to me considering what we experienced, he asked for my address said he would but never did! Awful. Also window handles broken, windows very dangerous as unsafe for your belongings and for kids to sleep as window handles are missing and broken. Curtain was just hanging in one room too. Pics of caravan state, call log and messages will be uploaded as proof. I will add few pics now and come back later to add more aswell as call log and messages when i transfer them from my old phone if booking.

The location was great, bus are running and its in the coast line

Sheets are a bit old flawed, duvet cover has stain, no towel hanger where you can hang your stuff while taking shower, lights are dim not all lights are working we need to use the lamplight from the room to make the living area brighter, only limited cookware.

No cleaning properly old rubbish is there in kitchen hole hole chiken is there tomuch smell is there i just add the picture there

The carvan was very big and loads of space.

It wasn't clean at all. And there was no wi fi when it said it dose.
