The rooms are nice and big

The property is good but no activities to keep you engaged during the day.

Spacious rooms, but whatever I liked was far outweighed by what I did not.

The resort is very poorly managed. Every basic thing is a problem. They offer pickup for the last four kilometres but the signboard is too tiny to be visible. The phone network is lost way before you approach the place, so you cannot even inquire where their truck is parked. As for the road that leads to it, I would simply quote Captain Haddock: Billions of Blistering Barnacles!*@#!! The staff are totally untrained—I had a fall and hurt myself, and there was NO first aid. The manager, Oscar, was aware of it but instead of inquiring about my well-being, he sent a hamper containing biscuits and chips! He appeared the next day and readily agreed to offer a complimentary night's stay, admitting that there had indeed been lapses. He promised to send "first aid" which arrived much later in the form of a Dettol bottle with a few drops in it. There are no face towels or hand towels: the staff gaze at you cluelessly if you ask for one. A towel-rug on the polished wooden floor, which you are sure to skid on. Wet bathroom floor, thanks to the AC duct that empties itself there! There is absolutely nothing to do once you've admired the view from your room. AND they are charging you a bomb. I could go on and on but suffice it to say that the place is simply not fit to welcome guests at this time. They need to close down and get their act together. My sincere advice if you are planning to book: DON'T!

Staff is very much inexperience , breakfast was not upto mark as per the rates charges & also to mention wifi connectivity.

Room & veiw from the room, its best so far among all the travels i have made till date.

The room and the view was exactly like shown in the pictures so we were very happy with that...the manager oscar went over and above to help out in everyway possible...first class service for our entire stay from him..the food is tasty as well..but not all dishes are available on weekdays..would like a little more entertainment in the place...it gets a bit boring if you were to go as a couple for more than one night..one complain was that the water in the place is hard water so everytime we filled the bathtub it looked like dirty water...I would hope the host looks into this

The fact that booking.com hides certain taxes and rates and makes you pay those at the time of checkout is extremelydisappointing...very bad service from the portals side...I hope arboreal can start it's own booking portal so that these money making sites don't cheat us
