The location , setup & aesthetics

Food is not good at all. We found metal scrubber piece in Idli which was passed off as nothing big by the staff. When asked for fried noodles with a Manchow soup, the staff said they dont serve it. When i insisted, they got it. The food is pretty basic & needs to be upgraded as there is no option apart from food they serve.

The breakfast spread was really and very well cooked. The food was delicious. The evening package was absolutely worth the price. The staff were very friendly and really helpful. They were ready to help whenever required. The manager Suman was really polite and well behaved. Recommend everyone to visit and enjoy the calm and serene environment. I thoroughly enjoyed my 2 days of stay and look forward to visiting again.

Can look to provide refrigeration facilities in the rooms sepecially if you are travelling with kids, you also carry food for them which would need to be stored. Though they helped with their own refrigerator. Also, the bathroom should have geyser.

We liked the location, the food, the Cottages, the calmness of the place and the variety of animals and birds!

Nothing as such, but Airtel connectivity was bad!

Location was great… different types of animals and birds were there so our small 2 years baby saw them for the first time in real

We thought that in weekdays there should be less crowd so we booked in weekdays but after we reached we came to know that so many activities will be at week end only… And food was bit costly side what we felt… Internet was not there… even the mobile signals were not there properly

The service was excellent and so was the food.

There wasn’t anything bad about my stay, I was very well taken care of, but I felt there is scope for improvement. It would be great if the windows could have a mosquito mesh so I could open the windows. Rooms felt a bit stuffy and it would be great to have a mini fridge in the cottages :) Secondly, it would be nice to have a mini- meal sort of options. The food package has so much variety but too much for 1 person
