"All in all average stay, nothing exceptional or anything to bring me back"

It was quite average just proximity from Gurgaon works, kids club was good.

The service is very process oriented and though at the property they were trying to be proactive and forthcoming but besides the restaurant staff which were good everything else was average at best. The rooms, the housekeeping was almost below average, the front desk was just okay. They knew it was a birthday trip but a cake on demand T the restaurant was best they did or anything different.

"It was a great weekend staycation."

Great pool and beautiful property.

There was some issue with room number allocation due to which we faced issues both at the spa and the restaurant.
