Aravali Marriott Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR

I had booked Courtyard by Marriott Aravali Resort hoping for a peaceful and relaxing getaway with my family. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. The property felt less like a resort and more like a chaotic wedding banquet hall. Multiple marriage events were happening at the same time, creating constant noise and crowding. Because of this, the service suffered badly — the food quality was poor, and even basic hospitality was missing. Check-in at the front desk was painfully slow, and staff seemed completely overwhelmed. Every time we asked someone for help, they would disappear or not return at all. It felt like no one was in control. The General Manager appeared occupied with wedding guests, while the rest of us were left neglected. I would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort or peace — the environment was more like a noisy public fair than a premium resort.

The resort's ambience is simply breathtaking. I especially loved the view from my room, overlooking the poolside. My Teenagers enjoyed the fun activities like go-kart racing and biking around the premises, but most especially swimming. The meals were delicious and my children enjoyed the array of food on display. The resort's staff was very professional.

Das Resort liegt im Grünen, in der Nähe ein sehenswerter Tempel; es gibt die Möglichkeit von geführten Wanderungen; die Anlage ist grundsätzlich schön; Spa war sehr OK, professioneller Service und entspannende Behandlung; Zimmerservice hat funktioniert; Zimmer war mit Blick ins Grüne und schöner großer Balkon -

Zufahrtsstraße eine Katasrophe; erst Zimmer in niedrigerer Kategorie erhalten; gebuchtes Zimmer nicht ordentlich gereinigt; Balkonmöbel schmutzig; Pool nicht sauber und kein Service am Pool; zu wenig Schatten am Pool (fehlten Sonnenschirme!); Personal zwar freundlich aber extrem schlecht geschult; Baustelle am Pool auch am WE und bis abends im Betrieb - keine (!) ruhigen Rückzugsorte (außer eigenes Zimmer) auf dem Gelände; alles ist laut und eng - bei Vollbelegung zu wenig Platz in Restaurant (Gefühl: Mischung aus Jugendherberge und 10 Familienfeiern zur gleichen Zeit); ständig läuft irgendwo Musik, meist viel zu laut; Interessen internationaler Gäste werden nicht geachtet (Aussage: wir orientieren uns am Geschmack der Mehrheit! - Was nicht angemessen ist für 5- Sterne Hotel)

I didn’t like the staff attitude - specifically a day with surname - Sharma.
