"Awesome Experience"

The best part was the prompt service at the restaurant and room service.. Do not miss the Spa...ask for Alisa and Zumi From the coffee shop ask Nitish...he is great when it comes to hospitality... Over all a great experience, for kids they hc outdoor sports and a playzone area...

From their side they want to delay the check in, and want you to check out before time...

I like the pool n the hi tea they offer

The staff the service is so bad i had the worst experience with my family we specially went for my motherโ€™s bday but they ruined it Such a bad experience no staff was coming to get the luggage or the extra bed even it wasnโ€™t mentioned that we need to pay extra for the 3 rd person when we reached they asked for extra amount for him wasnโ€™t mentioned before

"Rejuvenating!"

Obviously the property is beautiful, location is amazing and swimming pool is huge but the highlight is the staff and their politeness and ready to help attitude. Special Thanks to Mohit (F&B), Alishan (Restaurant) and Nilaya Spa
