Kitchen facilities were good, and location was brilliant

Rooms old and very dated, bath didnt work, bathroom lighting was nearly non existent, lifts didn't work, staff were very unfriendly and unhelpful. It was completely overpriced. Handle on fire escape broke. Jets on spa not working at one end and was cold. Carpet in bedroom was thread bare. Vanity unit rotting.

Exceptional location, super easy to get to places from here. Wonderful access to the beach and promenade, Gold Coast Highway. Highly recommend for it's locaiton.

The beds need upgrading as they were bouncy and not comfortable for two people, and I did not like the flimsy mattress cover that barely covered the bed. This felt a bit unhygienic, the mattresses should be properly covered. No fitted sheets so the sheets came off all the time. The only place to hang clothes was in the bathroom and the extractor fan didn't work so well. The rest of the apartment was great and the kitchen had all you need.

What a view! To walk into the apartment and see the beach is fabulous. So much space in the living area. Would be great for a longer stay as the kitchen is well set up. We didn't utilise the facilities but it seems easy to (free) hire towels, beach chairs, etc. And it seems activity spaces were also in the process of being updated.

It is unfortunate there is construction next door and road works behind. The noise did not bother me too much. I would prefer more block out curtains in the bedroom as there is so much light in the mornings, and the outside lights shine through too. The living space is magnificent but the bathroom and bedroom feel dated- but we don't spend much time in those spaces.

Aesthetically bit dated but bathrooms were updated and apartments were generously sized/clean/ functional so really didn’t matter
