ININStayed at Pugmark Resort in Manas for a short trip. The location is peaceful and close to the national park, which is very convenient for safari. The rooms are spacious and overall the property has a nice natural vibe. The staff are polite and helpful, and the food taste is good, especially simple meals.
AUThe property is by and large good. Great food, friendly and helpful staff., special mention for Alam Gir and Kaushik who were quite helpful. Some improvements in service can be made. Locationwise is close to the National Park and is good.
Some of the orders we placed took time and had to be cancelled at the end. There were many new staff who were still being trained and this should get better. The bathroom floors were slippery and can cause falls.

INWonderful Place. Nice Spacious rooms. Very nice and very co operative staff. Reception is handled by Mr. Deepankar and he is GEM of a person. Place is well-maintained. Food is really nice and Kitchen Staff is very co operative. As this is kind of off season number of tourist were less but still we got what we wanted. Taste was really nice. Breakfast was nice. It was not buffet but Fruits, Juice, Poori, Subji, Sandwitches, eggs...... everything was nice and tasty. Jeep Safaris were well managed. Nice driver. One morning we went early by 6 am for Bird watching.... Breakfast was packed with every details taken care of. They took care of our driver too... very nice of them. I will come back here always.
There is very often power cut. In room one light is on Back up. One Fan will make life much easy during summer. Of course they do run generator but it is not easy to run Big Generator when lean season...... In booking.com their location shown is just next to Sanctuary Gate.... it is MISGUIDING. They are almost 2.5km from gate. Booking.com should correct it.
