Great pools for Kids. Food was mainly delicious we always found something we liked. Sea nearby wss warm and clean. Nonplusultra was animation team, our Kids and us really enjoyed your warm kind and motivation, especially Barbara and Lucas "from below our appartmemt" were taken into our childrens hearts, but also the others like Fabio and Max from Palmera Action as well as Maria and Martina from Aqua Gym did a great job. When we had to leave and say goodbye our kids lost some tears.

Reservation of pool beds could be prevented, although we always found some after some minutes. Main bar was very full when evening started, maybe splitting lines for cocktails / Mix on the one hand and water / Cola / beer on the other hand could help.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. We got a great spot with first row to the see. The food was exceptional and there was a daily verity. You have to try the spa, it was the most amazing experience, the stuff is friendly, hospitable and the therapists are very professional, you wont be disappointed, time and money well spent.

Although it was advertised, the hotel didn't have a laundry facility. We took a cab to the closest town where we found an automatic 24/7 laundry.

Zum dritten Mal im Hotel - wer Nähe zum Strand sucht, Ruhe, nicht viel Trubel umherum ist hier richtig. Essen ist auch voll in Ordnung, viel auszuwählen, abwechslungsreich.

It’s a large complex, and our room was near the beach, which we really liked because we prefer the beach over pools. Beach us one of the best in Kos. We enjoyed the mini zoo, although many people are against it. But to me, it seemed well-maintained, and the animals looked content.

It’s an average 3-star hotel at best. Our room was visibly old, just superficially renovated - poorly painted doors and walls, etc. The bathroom urgently needs renovation. The bed linen was yellowed and old, like in an old holiday resort. There were no basic toiletries like shampoo, soap, or shower gel, just one cheap all-purpose soap in an even cheaper dispenser, which looked quite sad. We had tiny ants in the room the entire time, mostly on our child’s bed, which was awful. In general, there were all sorts of insects around the room. All beds around pools were always taken, during our stay we never have a chance to get one. As for the food... I’m really not picky, but there were meals when I could barely find anything to eat. When something ran out, sometimes they didn’t refill it at all, or it took ages to do so. The food is on the level of a cheaper 3-star resort. But the worst part of the whole story is the entertainment, which was tragically bad. My child loves mini disco, but even they were bored... it was so poorly done that out of around 30 kids, only three were dancing. The evening program was also a disaster. Honestly, the hotel would be better off cancelling all entertainment altogether than having this.

Nice, big and clean room with comfortable beds. Short walking distance to the beach. Friendly and helpful staff.

MiniZoo made me sad, because animal are kept in too small gates. Zoo is totally worthless. The animals dont deserve that kind of conditions.
