Our flight was cancelled so we only stayed the night, but we had a lovely breakfast walked the grounds and private beach. The complex looks excellent, the beach is very well kept, there’s 3 pools and a small animal petting area with goats, horses and wild birds. The staff were incredibly accommodating and so helpful (thank you Zuzzanna).

Breakfast choices ok, staff friendly and attentative, quick to clean up the tables, room with a good view of the ocean, nice pool for the kids.

Food below average, no natural juices all from syrup and from machines, ice cream almost melted. Location is for those who are ok with being in the campus and not go around (there is nothing outside the resort). Water is not drinkable yet there is not bottled water in all inclusive package. You need to pay extra for ultra all inclusive which is not really that but it gets you some more normal drinks.

It was the 6th time we've visited the hotel and like always everything is PERFECT!! Because we've visited the hotel so many times, they gave us an upgraded room with sea view and with 2 seperated bedrooms, without even asking. The food is absolutly fantastic and also the main bar is very joyful!! All of the staff is so friendly and helpful! In one word: FABULOUS!! Thanks again for the wonderful stay! See you next year!!

I like everything!

I really like being so close to a superb sandy beach with very nice sunset. The room was clean and very confortable. It was very light and it had a little terrace. The food was good and different every day.

The water didn't taste nice. We had to keep buying bottled water. It is a little far away from any town which requires a little organisation if you haven't got a car. There is a bus stop not too far away but you have to find out the timetable beforehand.

The pool areas were reasonably big, with plenty of loungers and quite comfortable, the beach area was very nice, nice little beach bar plenty of sun beds, food was hit and miss bur there were some nice dishes and plenty to choose from.

The hotel is not a 4 star by any means. Personally, I found 90% of staff either rude or just not bothered, the all inclusive is pretty poor, even after we upgraded to ultra it wasn't really all inclusive and you have to pay for everything after 11pm, without the ultra you can't even get bottled water, breakfast doesn't start until 7.30 am and there usually late with opening and multiple times they ran out of cups and glasses, outside of the dinning area its all plastic or throw away cups, no tea or coffee in your room, so basically you can't get anything before 7.30am, the lobby bar doesn't open until 6pm and at 11pm your paying for your drinks regardless of being all inclusive, the drinks aren't overly priced but there local and pretty rough, managed to get an iron but they had no ironing boards available all week!!I'm pretty well traveled and I had a fantastic holiday based on the people I was with, but for me I wouldn't return to this hotel absolutely not
