great location for familly with children, good near hotel beach (sunbets for 5 euros per day), very good serviced and clean (sunbets cleaning every day). beautiful sunset every day. food in hotel is very very good perfect cleaning service in room every day. from hotel drives bus to city Kos every day. weather in september was beautiful, little bit windy. staff on hotel reception very nice (one lady from czech) hotel zoo for kids beautiful holiday for family with children

cleaness in restaurant is not very good, I dont understand how is possible, that in 4* hotel can’t be spoons. Find a spoon is like a fort boyard and if you get from staff is like gold medal celebration. slides in the kids pool are not in 100% condition. non-alco drinks was very sweet and look syntetic. also wine and filter coffe was very low level hotel

Our shower kept flooding our room, paid for late check out in a family room and was only a double room. Our room was very dirty bugs and spiders all over the walls. Told hotel staff at night as we arrived late to speak to the receptionist in the morning. Spoke to the receptionist in the morning and they said it’s to late we check out soon. Rude staff no help at all

The personal from the reception is not to helpful Food is poor and they use the same food from one day to another day . The mosquitoes and fly doesn't let you to have even a coffee in the balcony, it's everywhere in the resort. Very disappointed, I will never go there.

it was well set out - the room was very clean the staff were very helpful - particularly Maria on reception who helped us with a problem we had with a taxi, and Mario who looked after us in the evenings

Very professional staff at the reception. Food OK (would have been excellent with less salt).

This hotel surprisingly has no management: room not ready 45' after check-in, queues to enter the resto, sudden shortage of plates and glasses. No synchronisation of services at all, no manager there. Phone not working. Wi-Fi is there, but it's nearly unusable: disappearing connection, many ports closed. Undrinkable drinks included in the All-In: even water has a specific taste in All-In. Cola is the worst of all. Make it more expensive, but drinkable, please. Food is in 80% cases too salted.

the matresses are awfully hard, me saying who like hard ones, but these are extreme… the buffet breakfast was really mass catering qualilty:(

Decent location, staff really great, quality drinks. Really well made buildings, pools, awesome plants, flowers, etc. Looks 10/10, food 7/10, pools 7/10, beach 5/10

Dirty bed, no bathroom supplies at this pricepoint is unheard of, mouse running around outside our door. Wifi unreachable, everything had to be paid for, beachbed, etc. Beach bar not included in all incusive.
