Unbelievable place and ambience - right on the sea shore - a small batheable clean beach as you get down - the cottage was too good - food excellent - overall a great experience - wish had stayed for few more days

Service is a little slow. WiFi is quite a problem.

The property is very calm and quiet, by the sea with an access to the Pakdandi Beach. Beautiful sunrise and moonlit night's reflections on the sea. Continuous rumbling of the sea all day. Very green with coconut, cashew nut and several other big and small trees. Chirping of birds in early morning and evening. Food was good but not excellent.

My booking.com description said 'kingsize sea facing room' but in reality the room wasn't sea facing. One has to come out of the room and look left for the sea.

Huge property at the beach - but the potential is wasted by the lacklustre management and staff. Nobody is interested or bothered. Rooms are not clean, private beach was horribly dirty, breakfast was very average, dinner menu was non existent- the staff kept insisting we have the dinner buffet and only very few options were available for a la carte dining. Swimming pool was dirty and games room was just an open shed with a table tennis and 1 cycle. There is bare minimum staff after 6 pm - we needed change of bedding linen, the 2 guards on night duty came to do it since apparently there was no one from housekeeping available. Along with the dinner, there was crass loud music till 10pm for the 2 days we stayed there. We opted for it due to the ratings and beachside location but it was not worth it at all since property is really far from main areas - jetty/ airport. Such a waste and would definitely not recommend to anyone!

Just amazing !!!way too comfortable and very helpful staff. Great location of the property and superb facilities.
