Nothing, it was oudated, mouldy and dirty

The staff and facilities are terrible. We requested an extra bed in our room a few weeks before arrival. On arrival the extra bed was not in the room and we were told it would have been arranged momentarily, yet they made us pay for it right away (in cash). We came back 8 hours later, at night and the bed was still not in the room and when we asked again the manager said that actually they don’t have extra beds on site. They then dumped a (mouldy) mattress on the ground, thinking that’ll do. At that point we asked for a refund of the extra bed charge we paid in cash and they refused to do it. We ended up getting our money back only after one hour of arguments with the manager. Also, make sure you take screenshots of the whatsapp conversations, as they have disappearing messages setting on.

The property is breathtakingly beautiful. For the amount we paid, it's absolutely worth every penny. The room was not big but decently spacious. Had a kettle, hair dryer and iron (on demand), basic toiletries including comb and tooth brushes. The stay was comfortable.

Location wise it's a little far from the city center and the airport. But I think every spacious and sprawling property is generally located on the outskirts. The beach is not nicely maintained and it's a Rocky beach. The power connection was a bit fluctuating.

Located near to the Chidiya Tapu, this property is like a relief from the hustle and bustle of the city. Very quiet and very well maintained. We really liked the Spa and their services. Very relaxing and rejuvenating. The pool is a plus point although not very clean. The property has great views of the beach and also has a beach access. The food was excellent and the breakfast had sufficient options. Would definitely recommend this place.

The quality of the rooms wasn't upto mark and the bathroom had a bad smell. The food was terrible.

Amazing resort with see view in a lush green valley. Swimming pool was nice. Staffs were nice and helpful especially the guy in reception helped out of the box. Has spa and massage facilities. Overall it’s very confident and nice stay. I can say it’s way way better property than maximum beach resorts in Portblair

Breakfast would have been better with such price. Swimmingpool should not be closed (8pm)so early in this hot humid weather
