The room that was allotted to us had lot of issues including the room key was not working

I liked the property itself. Great views.

Since I had an afternoon flight I requested for a late check out. I was told it's not possible as the hotel is fully booked. I was told I could use the lobby to wait till our cab arrived. For almost two hours we sat in the open while our room was not occupied by anyone. I wish they could have given us the courtesy and let us sit in the room rather than outside since it was not occupied by any new guests

Breakfast was so so with limited choice only.

More items in breakfast. Though crab plater was served but crab crusher was not available which is very basic necessity to enjoy crab meat.

Not worth the Price Staff was very rude and arrogant No trust in the guest Troubling guests by keeping their card machine server down wantingly communication issues in Spa between management and staff they say different price

The place was clean inspite of rain, well maintained sitting area and evening tea served near swimming pool was good. View was beautiful from the top.

The breakfast was below average, the beach was full of crabs not at all worth going, basic things like towels and glasses were missing from room.
