best sunrise spot, many activities inside although I didn't try like canoing, snorkeling on home corals. it is peaceful place. got welcome lunch. and daily afternoon snacks.

food, it could have some improvements. Soto, I'd prefer lamongan style but soto everyday may be felt boring.the menu could have variation, breakfast is where the property have a lot of rooms for improvement to match standard for a resort elsewhere.

I stayed during the wet season and it was a clean, relaxing and beautiful place to stay. The rooms were clean and calming with excellent views. It was great to have a kitchenette supplied with instant mi goreng and eggs each day. Afternoon snacks were provided each day. During the wet season humidity the airconditioning in the bedroom was especially appreciated. Additionally, although there was a black out on the island, the generators were quickly turned on to minimise any interruption. I would stay here again if I return to Karimunjawa.

It's minor but the one thing I found off-putting was a cat that came to my table and howled each time I sat down for a meal. At one point it jumped onto the table and took some of my food. And at another point it lunged at and scratched my feet.

The hotel is located around 10 min away by car/motorbike from the city center and main port. The view is amazing and there is a private beach where you can swim and canoe for free. Upon check in you get a complimentary lunch and every evening around 4 pm you get some snacks like steamed corn or fried bananas and some fruits. You can also buy extra snacks like tempe mendoan and dadar jagung and they are really good. The pindang srani that we ordered for dinner was also really good. When our boat home was moved up to 7 am, they packed our breakfast for us at 6 am in the form of indomie, chicken and an orange. Such great and helpful staff! The hotel also has a small kitchen where you can cook indomie and eggs (provided for free). There is a bathtub and shower and the hot water works well. Would definitely recommend this hotel to other people who wants to visit karimun jawa.
