My experience at the property was great—from the facilities, such as the restaurants, to the friendly staff. The Japanese food (hibachi grill) was great!

Everything was fantastic. Gary the butler was phenomenal. Sharon from House keeping was outstanding. They exceeded all of my expectations.

Found bugs in the room. Bed was uncomfortable, alot of irritation on our skin each time we sleep in the bed. It's a shame because apart from that, the place is great. Maybe it was just our room.

The beach front area was beautiful. We loved sitting on the beach or near the pool but found that we had to save a lounge chair early in the morning otherwise they were all in use if we went to the beach later in the morning. The weather was beautiful, and the amenities offered by Iberostar were first rate. There was a bar and barbecue stand on the beach and the food and drink offerings were very good. The restaurant options for dinner were multiple and varied - Italian, Jamaican, Mexican, French and Japanese. There were also restaurants serving only breakfast, lunch and a dinner buffet. Entertainment was provided in the afternoons and every evening. The bar area in the hotel was a lovely place to sit and enjoy a drink and a self-serve snack. Our room was a little dated but otherwise was comfortable and met our needs as we spent most of our time outside enjoying the beautiful weather and accommodations. We spent our entire trip at the resort and never felt unsafe. The staff (see below) were helpful and pleasant. Would highly recommend a trip to Jamaica and hope to visit again!

Butlers are assigned to you when you check in and tell you that their job is to make your stay comfortable and address your needs. That was not our experience. Our butler promised us morning coffee delivered to our room before we were up and out. Only happened once during our stay. We were sent an email before the trip asking where we would like to eat each evening of our stay as reservations were required and had to be made by the butlers. When we arrived, we were told no reservations had been made and our butler was only able to get a reservation for late evening seatings. We were more successful requesting seating with the Maitre'd. Our butler was smothering and not helpful at all. Honestly, he was the only blight on our trip. I suggest the hotel allow the guests the option to use a butler or forego the service. Our butler was useless and added confusion and stress to our stay!

Everything was good there except that we lost 2 $50 bills from our safe box!

Security

The staff were very friendly. The food was pretty decent. The maid staff were awesome!! The beach was so so clean. Only a half mile of beach. Good gym.

The butler service was unnecessary. I thought I booked a corner suite but ended up with an oceanfront 4th story suite. The pot dealers were annoying on the beach. The price for two weeks was $1K/ day, a little high.
