Food all 7 restaurants were excellent.

The sales pitch was terrible. We told them we already had a time share and would not take no for an answer. Made us feel like it was our fault.

The staff attitude and how unclean the place was. Also alarms going off day and night and nobody cares.

This was my first time at this resort, and I have to say I loved everything about it. The swim-up bar staff was the greatest, especially Travis. From the time we arrived to the day that we left, I had fun best birthday ever. 

I just did not like there were no turkey products I do not eat pork. 

The breakfast was delicious.

The room service was very slow requiring several phone calls.

The breakfast was ok, could be better.

This was my sixth stay, the food was much better on previous visits. The local breakfast menu selection was poor, taste was also poor.

I loved everything! The food was great and the staff was great 😊 the views can't get any better.

The only thing that wasn't a major issue was the tub was very hard to drain in my room.±

Food was rationed & not replaced within 1 hr of closing of beach bar. Staff wasn’t eager or proactive with replacing finished items or offer suitable replacement
