Best RV-Studio to Visit NYC-EWR Airport-Free Parking

The location was easy to get to-right off the highway, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The a/c was super cold even on the hottest days. Despite the size of the camper, it was managable and very functioning.

Easy to get to but not easy to find and Free parking is a shared driveway so not ideal(I parked on the street so I wouldn't get blocked in), the walkway was narrow, oddly shaped and tricky to maneuver. Very limited supply of extras like plates, silverware, there was a coffeemaker but no cups. We had just the linens for 1 bed and had to email the staff for a blanket, which they did provide quickly. The hot tub cost extra and you had to reserve it, which I was never really certain what time I would be back from the city so I could not partake of it.

The property was cool for a short stay and was clean the shower knob was broke and it was hard to work the showers but they do work water is hot

This property wasn’t a bad stay but the safety deposit of 200 wasn’t refunded until 2 weeks after my stay when i was told it would be 2-3 days after plus on top of that if i never reached out i would’ve never received my deposit back because i never got no confirmation text or anything to justify me getting my money back but after i contacted them they tried to say it was sent when it still was t and had to threaten leaving a bad review and all of a sudden it wasn’t going though at first and then they sent it very unprofessional and bad business

Good value for money. Very close to the bus stop, easy to get to NYC.

I didn't like the hot water system.

It was a cozy space and the owner was great at responding on time

I did like the place it was comfortable You did get some noise from the 22 which isn't far from the property but it wasn't overwhelming there's a fridge and a stove and 2 heaters so it was nice and warm TV but no remote so I watched it the first night then just watched on my laptop

Had a problem with getting them the Zelle deposit they requested for the deposit my Zelle account would not connect with theirs because mine is not connected directly to my bank account I had the money in cash but they wouldn't except it I had to get my daughter to Send the deposit which was promptly returned but because of this situation it almost didn't happen.My only request would be to make sure this is known upfront because if had cancelled they were going charge me almost what the whole 3 day rental cost which I don't think is fair by the way but beyond that I enjoyed my stay the only other problem was someone else who using the driveway that didn't want to follow the rules they told me to pull all the way up because the driveway was shared I went out to grab something to eat and I come back and and some jerk is parked right on the end wasn't a big deal I just parked on the street they do have street parking rule but they don't apply on the weekends

loved having my own space and bathroom, the area was pretty quite

we were only provided with 2 big towels and 1 face towels, no paper towels.

Photos from the offer and any scores above 4 really don't relate to reality. I have attached my real photos. We have booked five nights there and we broke our stay after two. We've never done this before. Should I write more? - place is dirty and messed around, - RV is squeezed into the yard, not comfy place, - the parking is hazy, - this place has nothing to do with privacy, - strangers walks around RV early morning - you dont know if this is expected people or not, - hot tub not encourages to use it, there is no privacy or comfort, especially with additional $50, - RV is damaged here and there (see photos) We tried to get along with the owner but it is not possible - once he got money - forget about complaint (offer is not refundable - now we know why :) ). He also marked our stay as "guests did not arrived" to block the ability to put our opinion. But here we are to warn you! Please also read previous guests opinions - we are not the only one unsatisfied.

Parking is misleading !!! They say shared , what they don’t disclose is it’s only enough space for cars to stack in so if you’re in the back you’ll be blocked in , you have no clue when the other tenants that air bnb the house and the basement when arrive and depart therefore it’s park at own risk of getting blocked in . It’s not actually shared parking when you don’t know the schedule of the other tenants and literally can’t park without two cars being blocked in by the front car. Street parking has restricted hrs .. so you risk being towed if you’re parked at the street during those restricted times..
