Sandy Beach Resort By Casa Loma

Only the location where beach was just behind the property

1. Staff was not so welcoming 2. From the day 1 we had water issues where we had to run to the reception 3 times a day to inform that the water is not there in the bathroom 3. No vegetarian option for breakfast even when requested 4.didnot help in early check-in even when the rooms were available 5. The towels were not clean and were stinking. 6. Dirty water in taps 7. In the block where we stayed the Drinking water dispenser was not working. I was informed to refill the water from other building of the same property which was having bleaching powder smell which was not apt for drinking. Over all not value for money. There were plenty of nearby properties Which seemed better than this

The only thing that we loved about the place was the location. Right on the beach and close to great food places and water activities

It was quite unclean. We stayed for three days and they didn't replace toilet paper or amenities....the washroom was dirty and wet.

location is nearby the beach. breakfast is provided. parking site is provided.

the towel provided is too small. cant even fit my waist.

Easy to access the beach. Got restaurant. Just a walking distance to the shopping area.

No seaview from the room. Very late room cleaning
