Sandy Beach Resort By Casa Loma

It is right next to chenang beach and in the main market city so everything is within walking distance.

The cottage was good. I had booked a family room so there were two rooms but the resort doesn't have a bell boy nor an intercom so every time you have to go to reception to ask for anything. Also I stayed there for 4 nights and 5 days. Everyday i had to remind them to change the bedsheets which the housekeeping kept forgetting till the last day. Very disappointed with the service

location location! the beachside chalets are super cute, had 1 nite in those. TV works, all the malay channels Hot water works restaurant on-site serves up all the top 10 hits :) you get what you pay for, don't expect perfection, but the place is comfortable enough. staff try their best and are polite and helpful. just a clothes rack in basic double

the free wifi did drop off for a day and the next day, some technical issues. no fridge in the rooms, the basic doubles are basic. cleaning service needs more staff to improve this aspect. no light meals in restaurant, all heavy food breakfast is the worst in any hotel I have stayed in, don't even bother with it. 2/10 this needs to improve, not even eggs, just some noodles or rice, terrible. towels are too small and bit old rooms are quite small, but you get a sense of privacy which is nice. lots of long hairs in my room, need improve cleaning, hair fall from ladies all over, can't get rid of it without vacuum.

U could have cleaned blankets n pillow smells bad. I asked receptionist whether they changed or not they said yes but I felt they not changed. I'm felt bad.. Not recommended for any costumer next time
