Sandy Beach Resort By Casa Loma

There is nothing to like. Everything is disaster.

Rooms are dirty, smell, full of mosquito. The ceiling of the room and bathroom has many holes which are closed with plastic. The towels are dirty and bad smell. It was impossible to stay there. We didn't stay there. We booked another good hotel at the same location. I am requesting all of you please don't book this hotel. They didn't return any money. We booked for 4 nights for 2 rooms. We left the hotel within 1 hr after check in. We didn't use anything. But, sandy hotel didn't return any money. This is one type of cheating. I am using booking.com from many years. But, I didn't find these type of mismatch between photo\reviews and the actual condition. I will request booking.com that please consider to remove this hotel from your app or reflect the actual condition.

Open the door, we see a beach... very peacefull. I very like it.

The restaurant is too close to my room. It's quite noisy until late at night. I wanted to relax in front of the room so I was disturbed.

The best thing about Sandy Beach Resort is its location. Staying only a few metres away from the beach was really enjoyable. The facilities for the chalets (where we stayed) were good, however, the main building (where we need to get our water to drink) place would really benefit with some improvement.It was dark and looked somewhat deserted.

Lovely place to stay. It's on the cenang beach and has got a lovely restaurant. The two bedroom chalet is wonderful. However we had a big mouse entering our cottage through an opening for wires. This is easy to fix and the resort should fix that.

The only thing which is likeable is the location which is absolutely perfect
