I visited this hotel solely based on reviews. The hotel truly stood up to the reviews. It was an unforgettable experience. The location is thoroughly picturesque and peaceful. The cleanliness of the place from the lobby to the rooms and attached bathrooms was excellent. The service by the team is exceptional. They are really committed to keeping the guest happy and their smile and attention is absolutely warm and welcoming.

The experience itself. Dinner was delicious, renovation project was very well done, staff very friendly.

Eye for detail - the room is very nice but some things were not matching with the price like wholes on the mosquito net, the chairs were not clean, the shower was dripping

We had a fairly decent stay at the hotel. Rooms are spacious and have a whole different vibe to match the tea factory experience. Rooms are not sound proof which is a downside. With the 30% off local residents offer , you can’t expect much variation in food items. All three meals were set menu and overall very normal, cant complain too much against the cost, but could have been better. Pool is not heated, so bit uncomfortable until you get used to the cold water. There was a field visit sort of experience where you can experience the whole tea making process. Need to mention that the reservation and management was helpful with amendments to my booking because I’ve accidentally booked for March instead of February. However our whole stay got complicated by the false advertising about having 2 double beds in Periya Dorei Family room, because the hotel allocated a single double bed and 2 single beds, which is very disappointing as they were unable to accommodate what has been advertised.

The tea factory experience was nice, service was amazing and the food was really tasty. The place has amazing views and a huge space to discover around the factory. Their tea is delicious!

The place is pretty remote and getting there by car without a local driver might be tough. However they offer pickup from the nearby city.

The two-day stay was overwhelming! Even the journey by taxi from Nuwara Eliya was very scenic and impressive! The rooms and the restaurant were fantastic for us as a family. Good food and of course good tea ☕️😊. On the second day, a taxi was even organised for the onward journey to Kandy.

Amazing location and experience. Room was beautiful and they accommodated breakfast on the terrace which was very special and much appreciated. The tea factory tour was great and amazing pool.

The dinner menu entree and dessert disappointing. The main dish was tasty but very simple. The road to ten property needs an experienced driver so sure and to arrive before dark.
