This hotel was fantastic, we spent a week here. The rooms and bathroom are spacious, each room has its own terrace that opens onto the garden. The garden is fabulous, flowery, well-kept, and cleaned every day. When we entered the room, we were always greeted by a fresh scent. The beach is wide, sandy, and slowly deepens, in a calm bay, in NaamaBay. The center is about a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The hotel restaurant has a wide selection, and I really liked that there were Egyptian dishes. The staff is friendly, helpful, and smiling, they do not expect tips. If I had to say one drawback, it would be that there are no toilets on the beach, so you either have to go to the room or use the toilets next to the reception, which at first glance seems insufficient, but there is constant cleanliness there too, there is a permanent cleaner who cleans the toilets all day. I would definitely like to go back here.

Convenient location. Breakfast was ok.

Room very poor stand, zero maintenance, bathroom door handle hanging off, cracked tiles, black mould in the bathroom. furniture dirty and falling apart. Curtains hanging off rail. If you stay, only stay in a refurbished room. Expect the stand of a 2/3 star hotel. After I complained I was moved to a new room. However only a limited number of these rooms.

I always love to return at this place as the location with the sandy beach is the best in all sharm, and maintained very clean by the hotel staff. The staff is always willing to help really kind and polite, despite the huge number of guests being around. The gardens are very well taken care after every day. The rooms are big and very very quiet. What I would have liked to be a little bit better is the room bathroom and maybe a bit more European food. But this won't stop me from having jaz fayroyz as the number one choice in Egypt. We felt very safe during our stay, the hotel has security guards all over.
