Il villaggio si trova nel pieno centro di naama bay, perfetto per fare una passeggiata la sera con tutti i servizi nelle vicinanze (farmacie, supermercati ecc) Bellissima spiaggia ampia di sabbia con accesso diretto al mare, ideale per famiglie con bambini. Barriera carallina bellissima a pochi metri dall’ingresso in acqua Personale gentile e disponibile soprattutto i ragazzi che riordinavano le stanze e il ragazzo della piscina

Stanze un pó vecchie, necessitano di una rimodernata. Acqua calda del bagno non proprio limpida In spiaggia lettini nelle prime file sempre occupati anche al mattino presto. Se nel regolamento che viene dato c’è scritto che non è consentito occuparli e andare via sarebbe giusto far rispettare questa regola Cibo poco variegato, il ristorante italiano ha sempre lo stesso menu a pranzo tutti i giorni.

Dorucak je bio uzasan, sva hrana je totalno bezukusna, ne stavljaju zacine, sve je suvo i jako mali i los izbor imaju svega sto se tice hrane, najveca zamerka je definitivno hrana. Pice je takodje lose, u all inclusivu u Egiptu to moze biti mnogo bolje, posebno za goste koji su dosli u svojoj reziji a ne preko agencija. Ne poseduju male flasice za vodu, vodu sipaju u plasticne case koje morate da nosite do lezaljki, male flasice vode u ovom hotlu ne postoje, kazu da to nije politika firme, i ako provereno znamo da u mnogim hotelima daju u neogranicenim kolicinama. Takodje ako ne nadjete mesto ujutru na plazi, moracete da trazite skoro 600m daleko lezaljke od jednog jedinog bara koji imaju i od samog ulaza na plazu.

Otel merkeze çok yakındı. Konumu yüzünden tercih ettik. Yemekleri pek damak tadımıza uygun değildi ama yenilmeyecek gibi de değildi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüydü. Oda temizliği ise çokta iyi değildi.

The hotel is in a brilliant location, with a fabulous private beach, with amazing snorkelling. The chalets are in beautiful well kept gardens. 2nd visit here and all staff, from restaurant, bar, housekeeping, gardeners, beach all work extremely hard, are welcoming and polite and can’t do enough for you. It was lovely to be remembered by the staff. Special mention to Osama, Mohammed, Ahmed, omlettte and pasta man in the restaurant, and Abdulla, and the others from Flambé bar. 😊The hotel is fairly chilled and low key, with a mini disco each night, and a few other games. However a short walk down the promenade and you’re in the centre of Naama bay, with plenty of shops, places to eat and get a drink. A lovely touch was the messages from Salwa checking that everything was fine during our stay, and who arranged our late check out. Thank you!

The rooms have everything you need and cleaned on a daily basis, but the bathroom was a little tired looking, but everything worked perfectly with a really good shower. Check out was a little slow, so could do with another person on reception, so they can fully deal with one guest at a time instead of trying to do multiple things. That said, the manager did apologise, so no real issues.

La struttura avrebbe bisogno di migliorare alcuni aspetti, in particolare la qualità del cibo e una certa disorganizzazione che in alcuni momenti ha influito sulla nostra esperienza. > > Desidero però ringraziare in modo speciale Salwa, che durante il nostro soggiorno è stata sempre disponibile, gentile e molto professionale. Ci ha aiutato a risolvere diversi problemi con rapidità e attenzione, e il suo supporto ha fatto davvero la differenza. > > Grazie a lei ci siamo sentiti seguiti e ascoltati anche nei momenti più complicati.
