Breakfast was great, coffee, tea, freshly made juice, fruits, pancakes, toast, eggs the way you like and sometimes even croissants. Personel was so sweet, comforting, kind and helpfull. Remo and Nasra awaited us, Anna and Zusheina helped us in the restaurant and bar, The food was freshly made and the best we had in Tanzania mainland and Zanzibar. Ali kept us safe at night and learned me more Swahili. The rooms were spacious and were cleaned thoroughly every day by Catharina, Inez and Maria. The location and the view is amazing. We even got the seaview room when it was available from the owner I really recommend this little gem with their 3 rooms.

I wish we could have stayed longer!

We felt perfect and exceptional the whole time thanks to the great team of people who took care of us. Great food, clean accommodation, great staff, girls, security, facilities, owner.. you will all be in my memory forever... a wonderful place, exactly for a vacation where you want to relax. Sunrise right from the apartment. I will miss all of that. If I come back, it will definitely be right here. We will definitely see each other again. Asante sana🙏❤️

This hotel is the best place for a quiet vacation in Zanzibar. We stayed here for five nights and thought every day that this was our place. The staff is young, helpful, attentive and caring. Always welcomes and accompanies with a smile. The food was super. The host Antonio took care of our experience on the island. Since we had a car, he pointed out places to see. And where you can't go by car, he ordered excursions for us. The internet was very weak, but sometimes it's good to be away from the world. Highly recommend, you don't be disappointed. But don't forget - this is Africa.

The Villa was an excellent, as we valued our stay and the staffs were very generous treating their guests with kindness, hospitality and respect.

Nothing everything was outrageous we appreciate the service and support we got from Sofia sea view team and hope to visit again soon.

the rooms are spacious, clean and well furnished. the hotel is right on the ocean although with the tides it is not possible to swim all day. the location is more central than many other areas.

the location is in the ghettos and not in a nice neighborhood. the staff does not speak english, and they are not qualified at all. there are no facilities (no phone to call restaurants for example, no drinks, snacks even with payment), no one at the reception or anyone responsible in general. you have to treat this place as an airbnb and not as a hotel.

The place was on the beach, relaxing. We had a good time not considering 500$ were stolen from us.

We got first stoled 200$ from the room after the first room cleaning, we asked no one to enter the room after this, and then 300$ more before checkout, even if we changed the place of our cash. Ofcourse we cannot prove we lost this money, but for future guests take care... The owner told us nobody went in the room by watching the cameras. So for us we lost a good amount (we re not rich). Also the room is overrun, walls are degrading, the toilet, sink, shower are rusty... We payed almost 150$ per night but the place should not be more than 50$... Surely you can get better accomodation for this price somewhere else. The restaurant and bar are way to overpriced, if you can eat grilled lobster in the village for 20, here you can have fish for 50, or beer for 3 and here for 13...

Lovely place to stay in Zanzibar and perfect spot for sunrise. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed.

The only issue for us was the food menu as there was not a lot of options other than fish which neither of us liked but the staff and chef were very accommodating and would make other options if they had the supplies. There was no cider on the drinks menu only lager so the manager even went to the wholesaler to purchase some and we only paid the cost 😍
