Сервіс, їжа на висоті. Доброзичливий персонал, завжди знаходиться рішення потреб. Брав зі сніданками, дуже смачні. Обід і вечерю подавали швидко, все сподобалося.

Hotellet var pænt og rent. Beliggenheden i forhold til skiløjperne helt i top. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Spa'en havde mange lækre tilbud. Maden i restauranten var god.

Personalet virkede uoplagt og lettere irriterede. Enkelte forespørgsler forblev uafklaret (blokeret safe på værelset). Maden i restauranten var mindre varieret og ikke synderligt børnevenlig. Prisniveauet var generelt højt.
