This hotel has everything and more that you need on a ski- holiday

The staff are friendly and skillful

Perfect Location, really on the slope itself. There is a ski storage with each room. We were happy with the Ski rental possibility on -3 level. The Restaurants are good, the a la carte one is certainly better than the half-board one. You can get all you can eat dinner for 18 euros for children under 12, and 30 euros for adults. (it is also possible to reserve with it at the hotel directly). It is ok, but Nothing exceptional. However the -2 level Restaurant is worth mentioning. It is also open during the day, so we often ate there for lunch or even after evening skiing. Breakfast is abundant quite good. The wellness area is outstanding and included in the price, you can Swim in the morning btw 7:30-10:00, and wellness is open from 13:00-21:00 hours. Saunas, hammam and pools are Great even with small children. Bed Was confortable, and the whole building Was clean.

Every morning you will wake up with the smell of scrabbled eggs in you room, the whole building and all corridors at room levels are stinking. We were travelling with our 3 children (8,14,17), and their room was very far from ours even on another level. Many of the staff do not have a sufficient level of English or nothing at all. The waiters and waitresses are usually not smiling, but have a robot face.
