Design was great, the pool was a life saver, access to a refrigerator and the local staff was a big plus

You are still camping in a low an area with limited infrastructure and amenities. The remote management system is not how you operate in these conditions Heat was too much for the AC

Absolutely love this place - surrounded by nature, close to a miles Long Beach but still close to some nice restaurants.

Nice place. 5 min from Playa Uvita.

Tents were large, all comfort especially bed, lovely gardens outside and small pool, v good, close th beach.

William the receptionist,wore us down with his phone translation as he couldn’t spk English, continually typed in phone where was our booking, then after an hour he showed it on his phone, didn’t have a clue about making you welcome, then we were so exhausted and stunned by his behaviour he said did we want th go whale watching, yes we said so he said he works with the tour company and it was 160 $ , pay him 60$ as he had to do admin and other stuff, all explained on phone translation.next morning get to tour and it’s only 100$ , tour people were shocked as he gets 20% of the 100$ commission. From them.later. Confronted him nicely and after half an hour of denying, saying we don’t understand how things work, I said it’s too much and I’m off to the police, he got angry phoned his boss, so he said and gave us the money back, then played us message on his phone from a woman’s voice saying, “we will give you money back as you are so stubborn but any other hotel would have kicked you out” actual words, during our stay he just smoldered and didn’t talk to us. What a horrible stay.

Crista the hostess was fabulous!! This was a wonderful, unique experience for my husband and I. I surprised him with it and he was thrilled! The beach was close and gorgeous! I would recommend this Glamping to everyone!

Not a thing- our tent was just right with the air conditioning and the bed ohhh so comfortable!!
