Well equipped, all essentials available, kitchen accessories, cleaning kits and even a lovely welcome box with teas and cookies! Much appreciated

It was getting quite hot in a house on a hot day. Would be nice to have A/C

We had a lovely 3-night stay in this caravan at Camber Sands. It was well equipped, clean, and tastefully decorated, making it feel comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The beach is just a short walk away, which was a real bonus. Communication was excellent throughout, with clear emails sent in advance containing all the information we needed for our stay. Would we stay here again and recommend it to others? Without any hesitation — absolutely yes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would be very happy to return.

Location - was quiet, lovely area for resting. No noise. Size - good caravan size having 2 bedrooms and 2 toilets Water pressure and water temperature, both very good Dishwasher - good to have a dishwasher as multiple caravans don't have this Towels - multiple towels provided and well cleaned Storage - multiple storage in all rooms, very handy Owners - very good communication and friendly approach Outdoor terrace - lovely space with chairs and table Spacious - the caravan was generally spacious and all rooms had a good living space

Non stick frying pans are in terrible condition, coating is peeling / not safe to use. However they had stainless steel ones so we had an alternative Almost all kitchen contents were not cleaned and very sticky Vacuum cleaner is not powerful and was not cleaned Toiletries provided they said, it's only hand wash - even for the shower. No shower gel, no shampoo, no conditioner - had to buy everything The knives didn't cut The radiators were full of splashes and heavy dust Under the sink there was spilt detergent throughout the whole under sink shelf They only left 2 toilet paper rolls - had to buy a package Cot was all stained (mattress included, with BROWN stains) Children high chair was smelly and sticky Mattress protector of the main bedroom was peeling and stained including some stains that looked like blood Cobwebs throughout the bedside tables Mattresses were very uncomfortable and the springs were felt Kitchen cupboards had food stains and not properly cleaned Shower had mould and the shower cord is peeling in places, had 2 cuts in my hand just for handling that shower hose TV signal was bad and multiple times couldn't watch anything due to interferences Dining chairs had splash marks everywhereand foot print Sink drainer was very smelly Decoration and ornaments had centimeters of dust The kitchen ceiling vent was dripping brown liquid every now and then to the floor

Was to far if you are disabled,had to use car,the shower didn't get hot outside light not working,clock needs new battery rental 701 direct behind meant to be quite part of the park it wasn't had 10 people in there at once,caravan was luxurious but host didn't answer any questions
