very poor service

i booking garden view room type,when i booking at apps,the staff will said check have no my order, i arrive at 1pm then 4pm tell me my room type is full,if don't want.to downgrade the room type they cant do nothing and waste my 3hours said they refund for me and tell me go back home,so? i drive 3hours car and waste 3hours at there then juz tell me refund for me and go.back home? very poor service and homestay. ps : the swimming pool also very dirty too.

Pool, location, clean

Food wasnt really good. More than half the activities were closed probably because of ramadan Bicycles were ill maintained Blankets were not provided the first night...so we were cold and had to ask for them
