Worst service, I booked though booking.com website. They shows worst room which is mentioned in my booking. Therefore I force to alternative rooms which is triple the price Evan is a worst room. Family holiday is wasted for the particulate hotel .

Worst service and worst clean

Very old building and rooms. The room stinks. They did not provide basic facilities. Also the owners's behaviour is really bad. He was literally threatening his customers.

I recently booked a pet-friendly room at Wilson Ayurvedic Beach Resort in Kovalam for a 9-hour stay while visiting a veterinary doctor for my dog's surgery. Unfortunately, the owner's/Manager's behaviour was extremely rude, particularly towards female customers. The property's condition was horrific - bedsheets, curtains, bathroom, and furniture were all in poor condition. The rooms stink, pipes didn't work in the bathrooms, and water wasn't always available. No soap, handwash, room freshner, tooth paste, tea/coffee powder, sugar provided. What's worse, after allowing pets in the room, the owner/Manager threatened to charge extra for having the pet during checkout. During the stay the whole time we were sleeping because we drove 24 hours without sleep and rest. Still the owner/manager cooked up a story that the guest was complaining about the dog barking. The dog was unwell and he was sleeping the whole time. If they have issues with pets, they shouldn't advertise pet-friendly rooms. It's unacceptable to intimidate clients after initially permitting pets. The staffs were supportive. But the behaviour of the owner was unacceptable. I will never recommend this place to any national or international tourists. The rooms and interior look cheap and untidy.
