The Mature Gardens are great for keeping the hotel cool and shading pool area. The location is excellent 2 mins down an alley to the beachfront next to shops and restaurants. The staff are helpful and Chandu has great knowledge about the local area and is extremely helpful to sort out anything that you may need. The room has a large Fridge, wardrobe and 2 large tables. Would recommend for a budget stay.

We recommend for a Budget stay and I have given 8 points because of Staff, Gardens and Location. However if you are a fussy person then the room and facilities are very dated and not too a high standard of decoration. So bear that in mind if considering booking?

Worst manager...very rude behavior..

We thought the location was excellent as it is literally just minutes away from the seafront tucked away from traffic noise. The owner was very friendly and helpful and any request we made was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately as other guests have said the bathrooms really let the place down as they are in desperate need of updating. The swimming pool was a lovely bonus, set amongst palm trees for shade. The balconies all have cooling fans which proved to be an absolute godsend with the humidity. The wi fi was extremely intermittent on a daily basis so just something that needs attention. All in all we did enjoy our stay and for the price paid you have to accept a few faults and not expect European standards. We did upgrade to a better room with the owner when we arrived.
