The Mong Village Resort & Spa

Diep should be promoted. What wonderful, fun, knowledgeable, personable. We also had a great service from the woman in reception that recommended wonderful suggestions. The pool and views were Devine. And the construction which was evident was never an issue. And I got used to the stairs!

Need Updated rooms . Loved no TV. Restaurant needs renovation and need much better reception area - dated and messy by desk.

Pool nicht benutzbar, da kein sauberes Wasser. Zimmer nur sporadisch sauber Baustelle direkt nebenan

La vue est imprenable grâce au balcon on se croirait seul au monde, de plus l’architecture du logement est originale Petite déjeuner très bon

L’accueil a été assez froid, nous sommes arrivés et la piscine n’était pas accessible (car pas prête pour la saison) nous avons donc fait remarquer cela à l’établissement et ils ont fait le nécessaire mais nous avons perdu 2 jours d’accès à la piscine. Pas de chaises adaptées pour s’installer autour de la piscine. Draps et serviettes mauvaises états, robinet cassé odeur dans la salle de bain et mobilier assez vétuste

Posizione fuori dal caos di Sapa. Colazione ottima. Staff molto gentile

The view was amazing and the room was spacious with a big balcony.

There were many steps leading to the room. It is not for elderly people.
