Far from main square and also hard mattress.

The views are amazing, the location is nice - not in the city but close by. The rooms were good and big, very clean and great AC for winter time.

The pool is not heated enough, not suitable for winter. The food was average, and most of the staff don’t speak English. Wouldn’t say it’s good value for money.

The exteriors are super beautiful & the view around the pool amazing. The staff was friendly & helpful.

The room was not that luxurious for the paid price we expected more. The room smelled humidity and the bed was hard. There s also a part under construction.

The room I stayed in felt outdated and needed some maintenance. The shower taps were loose and the paint on the walls could use a touch-up. The hotel is also quite a walk from the main city, which was fine for me, but may not suit anyone with mobility issues as there are a lot of stairs. What disappointed me the most was the lack of reception staff when I arrived and when I left. I arrived late and left early, but there were no English-speaking staff available, which made communication difficult and didn’t feel very professional. The “heated” pool also wasn’t very heated. It was around 4 degrees when I visited, and I was excited to use the pool, but it was far too cold. Overall, the hotel setting is beautiful and has a lot of potential. With a bit more investment and attention to customer service, it could be a great place, it just needs some love
