Amazing location, beautiful in the nature right at the edge of one of the nicest lakes in Mexico. The ritual places and statues are a blast too. It is why I came to here.

The rent for those huts are overpriced. The huts with double beds are 3 x 2 metres with a tiny not very comfy bed and there was no light during the night, no electricity at all. No WiFi was available too thought a Mexican SIM card works here. The huts are cheap built so dirt is falling of the ceiling into your bed. The bathrooms are some walk the hill up but warm water was available. The whole area is a paradise for moskitos - be also prepared for never ending rain. I enjoyed it but I am also happy that I left back to civilisation. I did not use the interesting looking pool because of the moskitos.

LOCATION IS GREAT

CABINS ARE REALLY BAD

Being a nature preserve the bathrooms are a little walk from the rooms, which can be annoying if needed frequently at night. Not my case, but better be aware of it.

The cabins are beautiful, the view is amazing, staff are super helpful and showers are hot. Place is paradise.

the views are amazing and unbeatable.

The reception was not transparent about ordering taxi services to and from the reservation. I do feel like we were taken advantage of because of the language barrier.
