Isabell was amazing. She didn’t know much English and my Spanish is poor, yet we spent the afternoon together and became real friends and have been keeping in touch. I was so relaxed after Isabell did her magic on me. The shower was hot for my long shower and the pressure was great!

It was a little difficult to navigate the place with limited Spanish. I think this could be helped by creating a small binder in English (and any other language necessary. It would just lay out what’s available / included. Explain about using regular toothpaste in the cabin sinks (I didn’t get around to translating that sigh until I’d already used my normal toothpaste). There’s so much on offer there, I’d be helpful if non-Spanish speakers understood all that. Also, the sizing of the Grande embroidered shirts are still too small for me. People from the USA are bigger and, like me, they’d like to buy these shirts. A “try-on” room would also be helpful.

The area is very nice, very good to people that likes contact with nature.
