Remarkable selection of fascinating people

No reception - Confused staff - very unclear on who was in charge, where we could camp and what facilities were available. Needed to cue for 30 minutes for a shower People coming and going all night In contrast to a week camping in the Hebrides this was an insight into mainstream tourism. It needs management.

"Toller Platz mit coolen Leuten, würden wieder kommen."

Tolle Lage am Anfang der Highlands, tolle Stellplätze, gute Beleuchtung nachts, sehr freundliches und lockeres Personal.

Für die Frequenz an Campern wären mehr Sanitätsanlagen hilfreich, man musste manchmal lange warten. Leider nicht durchgängige Sauberkeit der Sanitäranlagen.

What an amazing place, so quiet and everyone is so friendly. Comfortable bed, warm and cosy, and the food is so tasty at a very reasonable price, catering for vegetarians. I absolutely loved my stay here x

Positief zijn de wifi en de gemeenschappelijke ruimtes.  

Let op: de beschrijving is wat misleidend! De goedkoopste versie met 5 éénpersoonsbedden en 8 m2 is alleen een plek en geen tent of zo. De Safari Bell Tent lijkt in de beschrijving heel wat, maar is een enkeldaks nylon ding met twee opblaasbedden, meer niet. Bij de tent zelf heb je verder niets. De camping wordt gerund door welwillende vrijwilligers. Er is echter geen leiding, dus opblaasbedden zijn zacht, tenten niet opgeruimd e.d. Er is ook geen enkel toezicht: extreem luidruchtige buren met een kampvuur op enkele meters van de tent tot 2:00 uur 's nachts. Bizar, heb geen oog dichtgedaan.
