The West Highland Way Campsite & Campervan Accommodation

The location, the staff was nice.

The tent we were due to stay in had a hole on its roof. Had to move tent which was cleaned very quickly. It didn't really matter and the staff was really nice about it. But we felt that price was very expensive for quality of accommodation.

Everything except one thing.

That one thing is , I have cancelled a booking on 27th and took the other other one , still I haven't received my refund yet. Please kindly help me. This is my confirmation number 6130253296

Hello. We made a mistake when booking. They promised that if we cancel ourselves, the money would be refunded. Unfortunately, no one has refunded the money.

Nothing! Wrong address

Fix the right address and treat people kindly! I left dissatisfied!

Booked a stay when we arrived he told us we needed to cancel on our end cuz of the storm. Promised we would get our money back but I have never seen it. Tried contacting them several times but got nothing back from them.

Kôli omylu pri rezervácii nám bolo povedané že sme si neobjednali izbu ale campingove miesto. Bohužiaľ sme prišli autom a nedalo sa spať ani v stane keďže bol november. Personál bol však veľmi milý a napokon nám našli krásnu izbu kde nás ubytovali za čo sme im boli nesmierne vďačné

Po mylącej ofercie zawartej na booking zero kontaktu przez booking i poprzez obiekt W związku z tym zapłacone i nie skorzystanie nie polecam zdecydowanie
