The setting is very tranquil amongst beautiful gardens

Some aspects of the caravan I stayed in were broken but that was mainly due to previous user error & I'm sure will be sorted at the end of the season. These were trifling things for example where a window had 3 catches to lock it one was broken.

Perfect location reasonable priced accommodation. The bed and sofa bed were so comfy. Staff were super friendly & access to the gardens was an added bonus.

Location, parking, cleanliness

Felt cramped for a family of 4.

It was located in beautiful place with gardens.Caravan was really comfortable , fully equipped.

Wi-fi was cut off few times

You could only have a warm shower for 4 minutes for both of you before water went cold, no handrails in and out of caravan, mouldy shutters for darkness, windows falling apart, old chairs outside, open roof vents stuff falls in on your bed, as there’s trees everywhere when it’s windy they are hitting the roof all night got no sleep far from tranquil, always had great properties from booking.com first time bad review 😩

The location was lovely, and the gardens were spectacular.

It would have been more convenient if EV charging was available on-site.

The gardens were stunning. The caravan was comfortable, but we intend to upgrade next year, as we hope to bring more family with us. I really recommend Pinetum Gardens. Particularly if you like your own space and appreciate a beautiful setting.

Beautiful place! Loved having a big field to walk the dogs as often as we liked, just meters from our caravan. Staff were super friendly and very welcoming. Caravan was great! Had all kitchen cutlery and utencils available to use. Iron and ironing board. Clean towels were provided. Clean bedding provided twice as we accidentally got one set wet from putting it in the wrong place. Staff were quick to help replace these for us.

Dust on cupboards. No curtains on the awning. The shower had 90 seconds of hot water.
