Pinetum Garden Retreats

Had everything we needed towels, washing up liquid, tea towel etc. WiFi in the caravan was good as well.

Seats in the living room were very dirty could have done with a clean and some of the arms on the windows were broken. Could have also done with a tv in the bedroom.

Amazing location, staff were very attentive. The caravan was unbelievable

Caravan inside was immaculate, with great facilities and perfect for us as a family of four. Placed in the middle of a woodland, so peaceful. Gorgeous gardens and walks right on your doorstep, which were beautiful.

Awning attached to the caravan could do with a clean, bit mouldy, and was damaged (ripped). The Tearooms on sight was pricey (£8 for a cheese sandwich), so we didn't eat there.

The position of the caravan and where it was . Was lovely peaceful and quiet .

The TV couldn't get normal channels but overall was good

Location was excellent. To be amongst the trees in these amazing gardens added value to the accommodation. Nothing was too much trouble from the friendly and helpful staff. We are definitely booking to come back in the spring 2025. We would recommend Pinetum Gardens to anyone looking for a holiday base to visit beaches etc.

It was very clean ,bed was surprisingly comfortable. Staff helpful.

It was classed as a caravan but it was really a static motor home. Very small for the price . Outside leaked .
