In an ideal location to visit Charlestown and surrounding area. Quiet and peaceful gardens. Easy to find.

The heating and the tv or internet weren’t working on arrival. We phoned the owner and he came to sort out the next morning. No room at all for storage. The shower only ran hot for 3 minutes and then stone cold so you had to heat the water again for another shower. The awning is mouldy and was filthy with a patched up, leaking roof. Not worth the money charged for the stay.

The interior of the caravan and the pond outside

The owner greeted us in a car park and wasn't very helpful. He tried to enter our caravan whilst me and my partner were getting changed in the morning. He told us we had to leave at 10am for check out. After he left he then continued to try and enter our caravan when I had locked the door for privacy purposes. This was very out of order and made us both uncomfortable!

Very modern , lovely and warm, has everything you need. Love the side awning as well adds lots of extra space and would be brilliant in the warmer weather
