Great location to explore Cornwall and the Eden project

Toilet wasn't secured to the wall so tilted forward when sat on. After use it began to smell of sewage in the bathroom - as seen in other reviews, not too badly but it definitely smelt so not great. Couch was quite stained.

awning on caravan unpleasant and unnecessary windows would not stay open all attachments had been broken

The quiet country style environment, I felt relaxed listening to nature around me. Easy to find just off a main road rather than down lots of scary single track country lanes . Caravan very swish

Not that this was a dislike, just a note to future occupants. My partner is 6ft 2" and struggled with the bed as his feet were hanging off the edge. I found it funny

The gardens were fantastic, well kept and plenty of large specimen trees and a few unusual varieties

Welcoming staff were a bit flippant and offish, quick to disappear and not engage in conversation,working garden staff were a pleasure to talk to
